Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to your use of the Innovaliance website and the general presentation of our services.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. Acceptance and website use
By accessing or using the Innovaliance website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to damage, disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, scrape in a harmful manner, introduce malicious code or interfere with the security or normal operation of the website.
2. Website information
The website describes Innovaliance's capabilities, approach and general service areas. Content is provided for information and discussion and does not by itself create a contract for a specific project.
3. Project agreements
For client work, the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, milestones, timelines, revisions, approvals, intellectual property rights, support and other commercial terms should be documented in an agreed proposal, contract, statement of work or other written agreement. If a project agreement contains terms that differ from this general website information, the project agreement controls for that engagement.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required access, approvals, content, assets and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in receiving necessary inputs can affect delivery dates and dependencies.
5. Third-party services
Projects may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, advertising networks, plugins, APIs, app stores, payment providers or other services. Their availability, pricing, policies and technical behaviour are outside Innovaliance's direct control. Where appropriate, third-party costs and account requirements will be discussed separately.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, original copy, design elements and other materials owned by Innovaliance remain protected by applicable law unless a written agreement states otherwise. Client ownership, licensing and usage rights for project deliverables are determined by the relevant project agreement and payment terms.
7. Marketing and business outcomes
Marketing, technology and transformation work can improve a business's capabilities, but outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, customer behaviour, budgets, implementation and client decisions. No specific revenue, ranking, lead volume or commercial outcome is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. External links
The website may contain links to external websites and social platforms. Innovaliance does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or improve parts of the website without notice. We do not guarantee that every page or feature will always be available or error-free.
10. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided on an as-available basis and should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, regulatory or other specialist advice.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the website and business evolve. Continued use after an updated version is published means you are using the current version of the website terms.
12. Contact
